Contact and booking form
When you send an enquiry using the form on our Contact & Booking page, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event postcode, the type of enquiry, event date, event type, duration, mascots requested and your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange any booking.
Each submission is emailed to info@moremascotsplease.co.uk and a copy is stored in our website’s database so we don’t lose enquiries. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes data such as your IP address and browser behaviour to detect spam (see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service). We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry emails and form submissions for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or booking, and then delete them. [Owner to confirm retention period.]
